The MoldPulse family combines monitoring of the internal processes in the injection mold, using proprietary sensor technology and optional machine outputs, with continuous analysis of the collected data by advanced AI.
The result is constant supervision of process stability, including recommendations for optimization, plus identification of the causes of non-standard conditions that could later lead to unplanned costs such as mold damage or scrap.

It helps catch defects early, reduce the number of non-conforming parts, and connect visual inspection with MoldPulse process data. It works as feedback that lets the AI learn newly detected defects, identify their causes in the process, and prevent them in the future.

The software layer for visualization, monitoring, process control, and communication with the AI.
It includes interfaces for different company functions (production control, process engineering, maintenance), providing continuous information about the stability of the monitored machines and molds, including alerts when a non-standard condition appears.
It also includes an expert system in the form of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
This lets the AI use information specific to the given type of production — manuals, FAQs, defect catalogs, maintenance history, and more — in the form of text, images, and diagrams when evaluating questions and proposing corrective actions.
